Challenge: Engage employees, artists, and consumers in Warner Music Group’s (WMG) signature environmental program, Going Green.
Approach: Based on stakeholder research, Pellegrino Collaborative and WMG leadership developed a strategy and aligned initiatives to engage WMG employees, artists, and consumers in measurable and fun environmentally-conscious practices in both the workplace and at home.
