Out of a desire to leverage her background in business development and non-profit strategy to serve the greater good, Andréa Pellegrino launched Pellegrino Collaborative in 2010, where she partners with a network of multidisciplinary collaborators to develop a comprehensive range of social impact solutions for purpose-driven organizations.
For over two decades, Andréa has worked for and consulted with corporations, NGOs, educational institutions, communities, and agencies on a wide range of social impact, capacity building, communications, and stakeholder engagement issues. A passionate systems-thinker, Andréa works closely with clients to understand their organizations, the communities they serve, and the ecosystems in which they operate to develop innovative strategies and solutions that create shared societal and economic value.
Prior to launching Pellegrino Collaborative, Andréa Pellegrino was a Partner and Director of Social Innovation at Worldstudio, where she developed and implemented socially responsible strategies, partnerships, and programming for the firm's non-profit and corporate clients. Previously, she served as the Director, Strategic Alliances at AIGA (the professional association for design), where she led revenue growth strategies; worked with corporate, media, government, and NGO clients on strategic partnership programs; and communicated the value of AIGA to the business community, civic leaders, non-profit organizations, and the general public.
Andréa holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a certificate from the Business Perspectives program at Harvard University. She leads a series of workshops on implementing social change and is a former executive board member of Icograda, the world body for communication design.
